AdminGUI - Patient Discovery - WSSecurity Error

Good Morning,

  When attempting to perform a 'Cross-Gateway Patient Search' in the AdminGUI I am receiving the following error message:

Caused by: org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: The message has expired (WSSecurityEngine: Invalid timestamp The security semantics of the message have expired)

I have attached my server.log file to assist in analysis: server.log

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

From your log I see that you have a five minute window.  Should be plenty.  More than likely the issue has to do with synchronizing the clocks between the initiating and responding gateways.  Timestamps are UTC.

Thanks, Dave. Unsynchronized system times is the most likely culprit. Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

I have validated with DIL Support that the systems I am testing against are also in the EST timezone.

Are there any setting within Connect 4.6 itself that could affect this?

It could be a matter of a single minute. Can you check your system time to see if there's any variance from the actual time?

Time sync issue was resolved by decreasing my system time by approximately 10 minutes.
